Oh, I love that Grosgrain one. Le sigh! Gorgeous. I’ve actually thought several times about switching my china to that pattern!

I prefer the vera wang for the china, the waterford seems more like everyday dinnerware.  I really don’t care for the last one.

We’re actually being given my mother’s china from her wedding. It looks a lot like your second one, with white etched flowers into it. Very pretty. I like #1 best. =-)

The Grosgrain or the Kilbarry, definitely! Let me ask you this though: what do your everyday dishes look like? I actually think the Kilbarry is VERY pretty (love that cup) but if you’re already doing plain, white, round china for everyday, you might want something else instead for formal affairs. πŸ™‚

I love the Vera pattern.  we were trying to decided between the grosgrain and vera lace (we went with vera lace).  I LOVE both patterns!

I like the Kilbarry. To me, it is timeless and classic. It will go for Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter dinners! And I LOVE that coffee cup.
