Please don’t ask the girls to weat white tights. Even nurses don’t do that anymore.

I voted for flats but the more I think about it the more I think boots would be so cute! I love the dress, the color and style are awesome.

I vote for nude flats or heels? Gray/Silver is cute too!

Black and Navy don’t really go together either, so I dislike that option.

I’d say nude heels or flats.  If you have blue dresses, white tights, grey heels, colored bouquets… it’ll get a little overwhelming on color in the pictures.  I vote for keep it simple.

Other than if you have them wear boots, is it really necessary to tell them what color shows and whether to wear heels or not? You could just let them do what makes them comfortable. We’re really lucky to be getting married at this point in time because differences between bridesmaids is accepted and even encouraged right now stylistically, so you have the freedom to embrace that and let each girl be unique.

Seriously, one of my BMs wore nude pumps and the other wore black strappy kitten heels. I doubt anyone even noticed.

I would say grey tights and blue or brown shoes.

It could also be super cute for them to wear whatever color shoes they want, they will look more individual and it can change based on the weather. Great dress by the way!

I voted for black heels and I suggest black tights as well.  Navy and black look great together, (I’m wearing it right now) and is actually very on trend.  I think gray shoes may be a little matchy matchy with the gray sweater.  And since you’re going for a more rustic feel, I presume matchy matchy is not what  you want.

I also echo the sentiments of some of the PPs.  please don’t make your girls wear white tights, (lace or no lace).  White tights stop being cute at age 8.

    some visual examples:

i’m not sure what i think about the tights. i’m having a hard time picturing them with the dress

i’m not a big fan of boots with dresses. i voted for grey flats. heels would be good too, it just seems that most bridesmaids change into flats as soon as they can anyway (i know my girls did), so they may as well wear them from the start if they can.

    really cute dress!!

i voted blue and heels but thats because when i first looked at the dress i thought it was a darker grey. since the dress is blue i would have picked grey. good luck!

Black tights are the only acceptable color for this situation.  It will look great!  Love the dresses.  I would put them in black tights and black shoes.
