I’m back to the shoe drawing board and would love some help picking out my wedding converse. I am in love with this shoe, but need help deciding on the color. My wedding colors are lavendar/purple, mustard/yellow and grey.
It comes in two colors –
I’m worried that the orchid is too pinkish, though the pop of color is fun. If I did the natural, I could always do colorful laces.

I like the natural one! The orchid one is nice but the natural one would look cool with coloured laces and I love the sequins on them!

I like the orchid. It’s really pretty.

I think the orchid would be a nice pop of color.

If it helps, here is my dress:

LOVE the orchid. I’ve been considering those for myself, but I already got a pair of the glitter chucks.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Turns out the decision will be made for me – they only have the Orchid in a size 9 and the Natural in a size 10 (I am a 9.5 so not sure which one will fit.) I ordered one of each and will keep the pair that fits the best.
I am so happy to have finally found my shoe – can’t wait to see which one it ends up being!

natural definitely! I love them
I’m having standard purple converse, just for the evening 😀

Ooh I like the orchid ones! I had silver glitter covered ones on all day at my wedding and was super comfortable. No one even realized I was wearing sneakers all day unless I showed them.

I love those shoes. I originally purchased (and still own) these: http://www.hipsterchic.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/Converse-Chuck-Taylor-Sparkle-Sneakers.jpg
They were actually the very first wedding item I bought when I got engaged. The problem is I ended up with a dress that is antique/true ivory, so the bright white rubber on the regular Chucks totally clashed with my dress.
The reason I love these new ones that I posted is because the rubber is a “natural” ivory color as opposed to stark white. This way they won’t contrast so much with my dress – the bright white rubber made my dress look yellow and kinda dirty.

I vote natural with funky colored laces that will somehow go with your wedding colors!
