I like the purple, especially if you mix in other berry tones. I really like the colors of the bouquet! I think neutral with berry tones would look really nice! 

some purple autumn inspo that’s still fresh looking! 

I really love the look of the white pumpkins!

I’m also getting married in october and our colors are lilac, lavender, light blue, and dark/charcoal grey….

They’re both lovely.  Green/yellow is definitely more unusual in case you’re looking for that!

I think both would look great but I voted for the green/yellow, as I think those colors wwould look great in early fall before colors have completely changed. Mid to late fall I think he purple would really pop with the contrast of oranges in the trees or even as an accent color

What about purple with green? Greens could be a way to update purple into a modern scheme and you mentioned both colours so you must like them?

I just made up a couple of photo montages to give you an idea. I think they have a very autumnal feel.
