The gown is all white.
Do I go with a pewter/silver color?
Or a nude/champange color?
Or a glittery?
Or am I totally off base here? There is no theme or “colors” to match, we are eloping in the mountains. I picked these types as they are all 4″ heels with a 1″ platform – doable for me!

I’m a big fan of the nude heels and pewter/silver. Really, anything neutral like those would be great. Since the dress is longer and you won’t see the shoes too much, I’d vote for buying whatever you’re likely to get more wear out of in the future!

I’m leaning toward the silver ones, but I don’t think you can go wrong with any of them!
I’m thinking the silver would look really nice with your dress. But honestly they all would work.
Thanks! I think I’ll just get a few nudes and silver ones from Zappos and see how it looks. I would like to be able to rewear them for sure!

Though I personally like the shoes you selected I don’t think the nude patents/leathers would work. Your dress is a very delicate fabric and I would stick to shoes made of satin/lace/delicate fabrics. I don’t like pewter shoes against white dresses (as a bridal thing), but that’s JMO. I would go with either a pop of colour or just stick with white/cream/nude tones. Sandals would also work very well (though I would stay away from leathers, esp. patent) and you could certainly reuse those. GL and congrats on finding your dress!

I like the pewter silver ones! You should start a poll! It was very helpful when I was searching for shoes!
Ack! I cannot add a poll after the fact. The shoes will all be sitting on my doorstep today (I didn’t do the glitter ones though). I may have to follow up with photos or a new poll!

Ooooh the second silver pair!
I’d do nude or the pewter. nude would be my first choice. <3

#1 Did not look the color it looked online. Almost yellow, but man the padded foot bed was a dream! These are Rockports.
#2 These actually may work. The satin wrapped edges felt softer. Unlike every other RSVP shoe I’ve tried on. These are pewter, but I wish they came a tad lighter.
#3 The color was pretty and would go with my bouquet, but the texture was all off. Gabriella Rocha; and that material was very soft on the side of the foot. I also thought the color was too light that it would show dirt too easily.
#4 Another RSVP but these felt like razor blades slicing into my Achilles tendon! The color and the bling on the top would have made them my first pick but unfortunatly they hurt like a mofo.
#2 looks like the winner of this batch – based on comfort and suitable color.
Here’s a pair I did not order yet:
Rockports with that super cush footbed. They are in nude. Not fancy or anything, but comfy nude heels with a cushy footbed just maybe something I need anyway. They are $140 however. 😐

I really like shoe #2 with your dress. Maybe its the light from the picture but it makes your dress really pop. My second choice is #4
EDIT: Read that you said #4 hurt like hell. So cross those out. You don’t want blisters. Choose #2. I really love that photo.

I love the color and style of #4 but they need to fit most importantly so that leaves 2. Unless there is a way to combine those styles.
