I’m not really a fan of any of them, but if I had to choose it would be baby’s breath.

Could you use a cheap flower as a filler…like carnations?

I like the dusty miller, you see a lot of baby’s breath so I think it’s nice to have something a little different. Have you looked into adding hydrangea? The florist told me that’s a nice option to bulk things up since it’s big so it ends up being cost effective for the white ones.

@ChampagneBlushWedding:  let me know what the florist says. I think carnations are typically only like $1 a stem FWIW

Love the dusty miller, to me it looks more unique.

@ChampagneBlushWedding:  I’ve seen pictures of blush/light pinkish hydrangeas. I think there’s one called blushing bride actually in that color range. I’m not sure on the pricing on that though.

I like the dusty miller.  Its has a lush texture and would look great in a centerpiece.  Even though baby’s breath looks nice, have you ever smelled it?  Its not good!

@BooRadley:  +1. Baby’s breath does not smell good. I really like the rice flowers – they have the same pop of white/ivory and they’re not too common, I think they would be really pretty!

The rice flowers look quite unusual so I voted for that. I also love peonies and roses together but suppose they aren’t really a filler flower.
