We decided to give up on our August wedding and are now thinking February. I’m not really sure how we came up with these two.
February 18 has no meaning for us.
February 25 is my niece’s 2nd birthday. I know, it’s her birthday but she’s only two so I figured if we did it then, we could sign her happy birthday at the ceremony and give her her own little cake.

I was leaning towards the 18th when I saw the days, it will be V-day weekend. (hearts). But when I saw it was your niece’s b-day on the 25th I definitely say the 18th.

I obviously picked the 25th for a completely objective and unbiased reason 😉

I’m not sure what your plans are for flowers, but I know that flower prices will still be slight inflated from V-Day on the 18th.

I am having to move my date to Feb due to venue being booked. I picked the 18th cause that’s prolly gonna be my day as well. And when the niece gets older, she may want her b-day to be seperate from other family days.

I like the number 18 better than 25. Absolutely no rhyme or reason behind it, just my personal preference.

My family is too big. No matter which date we chose there would be some kind of conflict, I’m sure. We chsoe the 25th and we will have a mini celebration for my niece and surprise her with a birthday cake and lots of people singing to her. I think it will be sweet.

feb 18th… it’s president’s day weekend and if you have a lot of out of town guests, they might get that following monday off without taking any vacation time!
Fiance and I chose this weekend so we could have a sunday wedding… it made everything so much cheaper!
