I spent some time in Quark lining up some invitation suites. I’m not sure which I like better, or whether I should combine some elements of the two.
The invitation and rehearsal dinner card will be printed on dark brown cardstock with ivory and gold print. The RSVP card will either be ivory or gold with brown print.
The images are at about 85% size, so it’s slightly easier to read than shown. I couldn’t fit any larger zooming on my 13" screen, though.
I like constructive criticism. Don’t worry about being nice.

Ignore the attachments below, I don’t know how to get rid of them.

The dots are very fun! I love it!
However, I do find the script font a little bit hard to read! If you love it, maybe just increase the size a little bit? The titles "Names, Rehearsal dinner, Please join us…" get a little lost IMO.
Really great job though 🙂

It’s not entirely zoomed in in either. It’s at about 85% size.

It’s only kind of distracting on the RSVP card. Both the other invites have a mix of script and regular fonts, but the RSVP is only in script.
I think the script looks great on the actual wedding invitation!!

lol my DIY invites have all depended on manipulated templates… I wish I could just magically create an invitation suite like those ones. I don’t have the patience to pull that off 🙂

I too like the dots. If you are thinking about making any changes to the font (to make it easier to read) there is some great advice in a post from Mrs. Cupcake: http://www.weddingbee.com/2009/01/20/twelve-steps-to-creating-diy-wedding-invitations/
