    @Ktmcp5899: I second this!

    You do not look bad in the lace one at all! I just think that the other is more flattering but with some alterations the other one could look just as good if not better (I love lace as well)

    I personally prefer the lace over the Tyler (I believe that’s the Amsale Tyler on the right, no?)  The lace looks more… special. If that’s the word I’m looking for.

    I think the lace is beautiful but the organza is more flattering and a more classic style.

    I love the organza but if you have your heart set on lace,go with that!   As someone said, perhaps adding a crinoline to poof it out a bit will give you that awesome hourglass shape.

    The organza really is beautiful on you though!

    I voted for the organza, but after reading your comments about having wanted to wear lace I would go with the lace one and alter it to make it more flattering!

    I LOVE the organza on you. If you have your heart set on lace, why not consider a lace bolero or something? I just love the shape of the organza dress on you. Gorgeous!

    Keep looking. As far as what you’ve said, you don’t sound happy. It took me FOREVER to find my lace dress but I found it 🙂 So keep looking.

    I think you should definitely keep looking if you can afford another dress! The lace dress looks really pretty on you, but is not quite as flattering as the Amsale. Part of it may be the size/color of the sash on the lace gown. Can you try it on with a sash that’s a little larger and darker? I think the color and size of the sash is part of what helps define your waist on the Amsale dress. Currently, the lace dress doesn’t show off your curves but perhaps with a different sash it would.

    Also: I feel like I’m a Watters evangelist or something because I am obsessed with this dress and have posted it a couple of times, but have you seen/tried on the Watters Escalante? It has a similar silhouette to the Amsale but a lace top: http://watters.com/Product/WattersBrides/7074B/. Full disclosure: this is the inspiration for a dress I’m having made on etsy (can’t afford the original), so I’m a bit biased :).

    I love love love the Tyler–that’s one of my fave dresses, and it looks great on you. I think the lace one would be more flattering if it were A-line. But I definitely prefer the Tyler
