Honey if you like the one you bought so much, stop worrying 🙂 You look great in it ! My personnal favorite is the first one, but its just more my style 🙂 Your dress is beautiful !!
i happen to looove the first dress! i tried it on at DB and my friends unanimously chose it but it was outside my budget!:that being said, there is a lot going on with that dress … the lace, beading, side drape, corset back … i looove it but its a little busy and distracting.
your 2nd dress … it is simple and elegant. the embellishments at the waist show off your figure. it looks like it might be heavy though so if you want to dance it might not be as good! however the first one, if i remember correctly, is really light and easy to move in.
I think they’re both lovely! The venue might help decide this one for me. The first dress is a little more whimsical and the second seems a little more elegant with the way the fabric is draped on top.
I personally really like the first one on you, I think it’s more flattering. That being said, you still have to love what you’re wearing, so stick with what you love!
Thank you so much for all of your helpful thoughts and comments! I can’t decide because there are things I like (and don’t like so much) about both…I love the way the skirt drapes on the first one, and I think it’s very elegant…but I don’t like the corset back and the fact that it’s strapless. On the second one, I love the lightness, straps, and V-back…but I’m not crazy about the skirt of the dress (I like the skirt on the first one better). Too bad I can’t just combine them into one dress! As for the venue, my wedding is going to be outdoors on the beach (well, on the grass right in front of the beach). I don’t know if that makes a difference or not.
You can easily (and it’s not very expensive!) have a little lace strap added to the first one… That would look great! I think #1 just looks fantastic on you!
