i happen to looove the first dress! i tried it on at DB and my friends unanimously chose it but it was outside my budget!:that being said, there is a lot going on with that dress … the lace, beading, side drape, corset back … i looove it but its a little busy and distracting.

your 2nd dress … it is simple and elegant. the embellishments at the waist show off your figure. it looks like it might be heavy though so if you want to dance it might not be as good! however the first one, if i remember correctly, is really light and easy to move in.

good luck!!!

I think they’re both lovely!  The venue might help decide this one for me.  The first dress is a little more whimsical and the second seems a little more elegant with the way the fabric is draped on top.

I personally really like the first one on you, I think it’s more flattering.  That being said, you still have to love what you’re wearing, so stick with what you love!

@MaggieMay04:  You could combine them both…if you had time/money to go look for a new dress that has elements of both. Ironically, both dresses have elements that are good for the beach! The second one is more simple and would go well with the grass and nature all around you. However, the pick-ups look more formal. The first dress has a more laid-back silhouette, but the fabric itself is also formal. Lol, I’m sorry, I’m thinkin out loud and confusing myself even! As far as my own personal opinion, I’m more drawn to #2, just as a dress alone.

You can easily (and it’s not very expensive!) have a little lace strap added to the first one… That would look great! I think #1 just looks fantastic on you!
