A-line dresses I find really boring and plain… Go with the other dress! It’s more classy!

I’d be concerned about the deep v-neck on the first dress for any busty gals.  So I voted for dress 2,

2nd one because drop waists aren’t flattering for all shapes

I agree with the PPs…both are stunning.  It just depends on the shape/features of your girls.  Maybe go with both styles, or pick 1 that might be nice on your MOH?

I’d be worried with the dropwaist for girls that have a little tummy.

The first dress is a very, very hard shape to pull off for pretty much everyone. Pretty on the model, but….not flattering if you aren’t a size zero or if you have a bust.

I love dress one, but take into consideration the body types you have in your bridal party.  I agree with sarahblais and the concern for busty girls.  You could always add a piece of fabric to cover their cleavage, so that’s an option.

My bridesmaids tried on the strapless, and it looked pretty good on all of them, and they all liked it. There were several they didn’t like. It also has a corset back.

Plus, those kinds of straps dont look good on a lot of people. They look really stupid on me, for example. I can never wear those huge vneck dresses. O_o

@crayfish:  It really is! I’m like a size 1 and have very little up top, and they STILL look stupid on me. Maybe because I’m like 5’5.

Why don’t you take a couple of your girls, like a couple who are very different shaped/sized from the other, and test them out?

Although, in the photos, I like dress 1 better than dress 2, dress 1 would not work well for many figures, especially those of us who have a large bust. I would have to have a panel inserted to be able to wear that style of dress, and I think that would defeat the look for which you are striving.

@crayfish:  Agreed. Although the model is rocking it!

Drop waists aren’t flattering for some. An a-line’s a safer cut.
