I’m drawn towards blush dresses as my wedding gown and these two are my top picks. I’m inspired by Beatrice Borromeo and Frida Gianini’s blush wedding dresses so I think I am leaning towards designs that looked similar. I haven’t tried a lot of dresses yet and my wedding is about 10 months away but sometimes I wanna buy my dress already so I can focus my energy on other wedding stuff. I’d like your opinions on which dress do you like best on me.
Sorry for for the potato quality, the lighting on both shops are dim. Oh and one thing that keeps me from pulling the trigger is the thought of regretting not wearing a big, white dress to my wedding. Sigh.

ellecherie: It’s hard to tell as they are both so overwhelmingly big on you. You are drowned in those dresses. If I had to choose between the two, I would pick the first dress, but I think you can do better.

I agree with @julies1949. It’s hard to pick and i’m assuming because they are not fitted to your body. I looove blush dresses and went with one, myself. I say keep looking, unless you are SET on one of these

I really love blush dresses. I was dead set on one until I found a champagne with red lace and I love it. I think that both of these dresses are too matronly for you. You’re young and beautiful! I would keep shopping, but still look for that blush dress 🙂

I agree with the PP, they both swallow you up.

You could get away with wearing almost anything, lucky you 🙂 im not sure about those sleeves in the second one, but that might be the angle of the photo. Blush is a gorgeous colour though.

julies1949: BitterGlitter: acglandorf: yes you are right, they are not fitted. The two of them don’t zip up on the back because the sizes are super small.. Both times I also shopped alone so it was hard to gauge how it looked like on me. I guess I need to try on more dresses 🙂

I don’t think either is very flattering on you. I think you should keep looking, blush dresses are very beautiful!

I love the blush color on you, but I think those dresses are too much for you and overwhelm you. You look like you have a gorgeous figure but you can’t really tell in those dresses! I day keep shopping, but you of course have to love what you are going to wear!

I definitely feel you should wear blush because the colour looks great on you and it’s your dream. “Because everyone else does” is not reason enough to wear white. If white is not you, it’s not you, and you wouldn’t be missing out if you didn’t wear it.
There are heaps of blush dresses out there, and you can definitely do better for your figure – both dresses are swamping you.

I love the skirt on the second one.

Ugh… no. You’re a beautiful girl, why are you trying such matronly dresses? They age you a decade. The pink color looks great, but do try white or ivory, you might be surprised how awesome you would look. Also try tulle gowns. I think you will look ethereal in a tulle ballgown.

I don’t like any of the two. You have a beautiful figure that neither dress showcase.

ellecherie: I really like the first dress on you! It seems like you havent tried on very many dresses though, so perhaps try on more to see if you want to wear blush or white. Good luck!
