Second dress! It definitely goes with the shoes a bit better.

I LOVE the second dress with 3/4 length sleeves and fuller skirt. I think it looks very bridal whereas the first one could be worn at any cocktail party.

I prefer the simple elegance of the first one, and if you’re wearing those fab shoes, you want to be able to see them. The second dress will distract form the shoes too much I think. They’re both gorgeous though!

I like the dress on the right. The shoes are very playful and fun so you need a dress to match. The dress on the left seems far too serious and sophisticated to suit them. The fuller skirt dress is pretty and grown up but also has some youthfulness.
