    I love the 1st one! I’ve never seen a dress like that before and I think it will match your theme!

    I really like the second one better.  I’m not a fan of that sheath of fabric thingy hanging off the front of the first!

    I love them both, too!  Tough decision but I voted for the 2nd one.

    I’m wearing a ballgown for my mountain lake wedding that is very similar to dress number 2. But for what you are describing as you are looking for I voted for number one. My wedding is vintage as well and I fell in love with the sweetheart ball gown.

    I really like both dresses but I personally like the first dress more.  However I think the 2nd dress goes better with your venue.  I’m imagining the delicate fabric on the first dress getting snagged on a log, twig, branch.

    I prefer dress #2, but I think dress #1 fits your theme better.  I’m no help!

    I think the second dress would go better with your venue and how can you say no to a dress with pockets?? Love it!

    We’re also having a mountain wedding and my dress is basically dress two with a drop waist. I think it goes with the venue really well.

    @magg85:

    I too chose a Venus Bridal dress on the suggestion of my fiance. Honestly, I decided to go with it because I love it & He loves it, so I know I would be super confident on my wedding day. Also, while I even for number 2 initially, the second dress looks alot more comfortable which is a huge concern for me. Good luck!

    omg…i LOVE LOVE LOVE that first dress and it would look fabulous in your setting…but i’m getting these horrible visions of that lovely delicate lace snagging on stuff outside and getting shredded.  so i voted for the second one because it would look just as fabulous in your setting and also appears a bit more durable.

    I love the second! It is so much more unique, and totally gorgeous!
