@cestvrai:  I love the second set, left dress. Those peplum dresses are SUPER figure flattering in my opinion. My Mother-In-Law has very wide hips & she and I went dress shopping. We both agreed that everything she tried on prior made her look awful and didn’t do anything for her figure.

Then she tried on a peplum dress & it seriously made her body look so indredible. Easily gave her the look of being 40lbs lighter than in the other dresses which hugged her gut/hips area.

Not saying you have anything to worry about in that department, but if you want to feel really beautiful & not self-conscious about your figure on your night on the town, that peplum dress would be amazing on the far left.

The black one is not sexy enough for NY clubbing – its a cute cocktail dress, but kind of boring. Go for the blue with a great statement necklace and heels.

Well where are you going in NYC? Do you have specific clubs/bars/restaurants you are trying to go to? Just an FYI if you are trying to get into the high end clubs/Venus you don’t want to show up wearing a penis or bachelorette sash etc. you probably won’t get it. I suggest doing some research before you go and looking at places that look fun to you and meet your party expectations. You should really consider buying a bottle at a table to garuntee you an in to a specific club if that’s The experience you are looking to have. you want to wear something more fashion forward than the dresses you picked, you don’t have to show off tons of leg or skin in NYC it’s not Vegas, but you should look sexy not cheap. Try looking for more fashion fwd pieces at places like zara and h&m if you don’t have tons of money to spend! You can’t go wrong with a little black dress Tho always, I would stay away from color unless you are going in the summer, and then only small amounts.

@cestvrai:  I vote the blue one! the black one is very nice but more cocktail nice, the blue is somethjng I would feel confident in at my bachelorette. I really wouldn’t worry about being to fashion forward even though it’s NYC, it’s like your going there to be picked out by an agency. Also my Fiance tells me one of my favorite dresses looks like a cape, I tell him that’s cuz I’m his super woman lol I’ve learned just not to ask him for fashion advice unless it’s for the bedroom 😉 and even then he doesn’t care
