I’m very petite. I’m exactly 5ft! I’ve only tried on 4 dresses so far, but I’m realizing it’s difficult for a really short bride like myself to look good in a gown! Any other fun-sized brides out there know what I mean? π I really love Alfred Angelo’s Cinderella Gown AND Casablanca Dress Style 2004. NOTE: On the Cinderella dress, I believe some of the tulle can be taken out so it’s not so “poofy” Which I would likely do so I wear the dress, and the dress doesn’t wear me! π And on the Casablanca lace dress, I would have cap sleeves added on! π
I will post pictures of each dress! (I’ll post a pic of myself trying to show how short I am, too.) I am the SHORT blonde on the left. (duh π

Which one do you prefer, personally, (with alterations in mind) and which do you think would suit my tiny body best? Thanks, ladies!

Both dresses are lovely but honestly it is hard to decide without knowing what you look like.

Post photos of you IN the dresses. That will be most helpful. π

It is hard to say wiithout seeing you in the dresses. I like the Casablanca best though.

You seem pretty slight, I think the casablance would have less of chance of overwhelming you- I’m 5’0″ and a more slim fitting dress (for me, I went with fit and flare) was more flattering that a full ballgown, though I did have a fuller tea length for the reception

I like the second one. I think that a dress that puffs out at the waist will make you appear shorter. Stick to something long and lean, especially if you have the body for it! Anxious to know what you picked.
