Hi ladies I am in the process of elimination right now and comparing apples with apples then I will compare the top favourite favourites.
First up, Adorae and Brenda. Keen to get your opinions/comments – I love both dresses!! I know they are very similar hence it is so hard to decide!
Which belt is more flattering?? Does one belt make me look taller or shorter? Like what is the difference between a belt that sits under the bust vs one that sits on the waist (I tried googling for tips but not much luck there). I am 5″3 (162cm) so just misses the petite height. Also, I have a small bust so I do like Adorae’s sweetheart neckline more.
sorry bad lighting for Adorae picture. They are actually both the same colour – ivory.
Thanks a lot!

The first dress i think looks best. You could switch up the belt for a smaller one but the sweetheart neckline looks great on your figure!

Oops I have totally forgotten to add the 3rd similar one!! Adeline Marie. With a belt of course 🙂 Choice of a small belt or a slightly bigger one – pictures below:
Adeline Marie – thin belt
Adeline Marie – thick belt

Brenda..or the more recent dress (no real opinion on the belt). I’m just not crazy about Adorae.

Tough choice! I think the Brenda makes you look taller. I like the sweetheart neckline on the Adorae. I think the belt placement on the Adorae is throwing it off… Can it be put on the waist? I think that is what makes you look taller in the Brenda.

I like the neckline better on Brenda.

I like the last one you posted the best and slightly better with the thinner belt, but you look great in all the dresses. I’m assuming you’re standing on a pedestal? Even so you do not look short in any dress, so don’t worry about that at all. You wear both empire and natural waist really well. I do prefer the look of the sweetheart neckline on you.

I voted for the Adore. I know many bees are tired of seeing it, but I haven’t been around long enough on WB to feel that way yet. I think it’s beautiful.

I prefer the adorae but I don’t love the placement of the belt, more on the waist and it would be the winner.
I really don’t like the neckline on the brenda, I’ve just never been a fan of that cut in general… And the third one I don’t love the beading, but that’s just my personal taste… 🙂

Thanks all for your comments and opinions. The dresses weren’t my size so would be more fitted on the thigh area once it’s my size (to create that mermaid look) – at the moment they look a bit A-line ish. Also I don’t know if you guys notice, but the gathering of the Adorae is on a different side to the Brenda and Adeline (ha not that it matters toooo much).
@MrsPom: Yes the lady said I could change the belt of the Adorae if I wanted to, but I was looking at pictures yesterday of real weddings of brides who have worn Adorae, and the good thing about it being higher under the bust is that when you’re holding the flowers you can still see the belt. But if putting the belt lower makes me look taller then I should consider moving the Adorae belt lower?
@Eglantine: I am standing on a 4″ stall but I will be wearing at least 3″ heels.

@BigDay2012: I like the one last one with the thick belt. It looks like it was amde to go with that dress. Beautiful!

The Adorae is more flattering to your figure. I think the sweetheart gives you a fuller bust. I also prefer the thicker belt. The thin one gets lost.
