Hi there fellow Bees, I have fallen in love with two beautiful dresses. I will post some picture of me in both soon but would love to hear your opinions. We’re having a 100-120 guest wedding in March 2014. I love the Divina because its so fun and romantic but the Jim Hjelm is so soft and elegant. Which one do you guys like and why?

I personally like the Maggie because I like dresses with more volume on the bottom. The ruffles make it look flirty yet romantc.

I like both dresses. But I love, love, love the detail on the Hjelm dress! Have you tried them on?

@gelaine22: Not yet but going dress shopping again in August/September and I want to have my mind set on a few so I dont go crazy trying on 30 dresses again because I think I just get too confused.

There are very few dresses of the same style/silhouette that can compete with that Maggie. I think it is absolutely gorgeous. It’s become one of my favorite form-fitting dresses that I’ve seen in the Hive.

WHile I LOVE the Maggie, I think ruffles are becoming super trendy right now. Totally great to have a trendy dress, but maybe the Jim is a bit more classic.

I think the second is more classic.

They’re both gorgeous, but I do love the Divina.

I’d want the Jim top on the Maggie bottom. Guess that doesn’t help!

They’re both lovely. I’ve heard the Divina is very heavy though, so I’d try on both gowns and see which you’re more comfortable in for dancing. You really can’t go wrong with either one : )

Maggie all the way… the other one looks cheap compared to the Maggie.

I love the lace on the jim hjelm one. i dont care for the ruffles on the first. the second just looks more elegant

I used to love the Divina, but i’ve seen so many girls in it now, I think it’s lost it for me. I really like the second dress more
