The satin one. It is SO flattering on you. No offence, but the first one makes you looks a couple sizes bigger.

@tandreini:  I can’t choose! You look amazing in both of them! Seriously, you can’t go wrong. Go with your heart!

The 1st one, lace, fits your theme and idea of your wedding better. I agree that the photo isn’t as flattering, but once fitted to your body on your wedding day, it will likely be stunning!

The satin gives more of a modern feel, which I feel would be out of place in your wedding.

I think the first one will make peoples jaws drop, the second is one I have seen over and over again at weddings. I love the softness of the AV as well:) Either way you will be stunning!

The first goes with your theme better, but the second is gorgeous and much more flattering (I think).

They’re both really great – I think the first one fits your theme/venue better, BUT the second looks AMAZING on you and it’s $1200 cheaper!  So I would pick #2.  (No one besides other brides-to-be will be thinking about the dress matching the venue, anyway.)

The second one is so much more flattering on your body to me. but go with what makes YOU feel good!!! Good luck!

I love lace! The dress really wasn’t clamped very well, so it looks like it doesn’t fit well. Once it’s properly fitted, it will look great! I bought a satin dress similar to the second one(Mikaella 1406), had major dress regret and then bought a lace dress, so I guess I’m biased lol. I think the flower belt adds some country chic to the whole look, so would suit the venue. You could try a coloured sash as well?

You look great in both! The lighting in the lace dress makes me want to pick the satin, but I think it (the lace) sounds like it better fits your venue and would look better with a birdcage veil.

I like the second dress. However, I admit that I may be biased, because I had a beautiful gown that did not photograph well (it looked stunning in the video, however.) If that is a concern for you about the first option — and I think you may be right — I would opt for one that you know will photograph beautifully.

I personally like the first one better, but I think the second one looks better on your body type….very flattering!

@tandreini:  A different belt could definitely do it and send it over the top. Whatever you pick though, you’re going to look amazing. =)

Hi! Which dress did you choose?  I bought the Alvina Valenta for my wedding but the underlay color seems to be a bit darker than champagne and the buttons to be a bit gray? I want to make sure my dress didn’t fade since I bought it but it seems to be off color. Was yours like that? Any advice or pics would be amazing.  Also if you bought it, what shoes/where from did you rock? I am having a hard time figuring out what goes with it since the lace is so pretty at the bottom. Thank you! Jessica
