Hi, I posted some pics a couple weeks ago asking sash or no sash with my dress, but I have since been wondering if I should go with a different dress. Which dress would you choose?
It may help to know that I am 44 and this will be my second marriage (I was widowed). I was looking for something simple but pretty without a train.

I prefer dress one as it is a little bit fancier in my opinion. Dress two is pretty but I tend to lean towards the more over the top look.

I’m not particularly fond of either dress. I think you have you have an amazing figure that can be shown off better. BUT if I had to chose, it’ll be the first just because it looks more bridal and the keyhole back gives it a more detail look. The second dress kind of looks like a bridesmaids dress.

If I’m honest, #1 reminded me of a nightgown. I think you could make #2 pop with a lovely necklace.

I agree with PP, honestly neither give a WOW factor in my opinion but I definitely like #1 better- is your wedding outside? Somewhere warm? Destination? Dress #2 would definitely be suitable for those situations but I think it doesn’t really do your body any justice
Post # 6
I voted for Dress 1 because the neckline and keyhole back looks so great on you.

Dress 1 because I like the back of it…but I agree with PPs that neither dress does your body justice!

Yes, it is outside and very informal.

dress 1 looks better on you, but you have a great body and I don’t think you’re playing it up enough!

OMG, I LOVE dress number two. The proportions just threw me off a little on dress number one…
I also love the romance with 2, so flowy and soft 🙂

#1 looks amazing on you. #2 is kind of boring.

I voted #1 but now that I see it’s an outside/informal wedding, I think you’d be far more comfortable in #2. I think if you get a kickass necklace to wear with it, you might feel better about it.

I really like 1 on you. It’s elegant and having the figure like you do, go for it.

They’re both nice, but I think the thick straps on #1 lean a bit matronly. You have a great body and I think #2 shows it off better. 🙂

I don’t really like #1 because of the lines under the bust but #2 looks like a standard bridesmaid dress. Is it an option to go back and look again?
