Help me pick a dress!
I’m having a beach ceremony, but the inside of the reception venue is all dark wood. Aside from the view (it’s on the sand) the indoor does not feel “beachy” at all. It resembles a big old house, if anything.
Dress 1 would have some sort of sleeve added, use your imagination! Thanks!
1-satin

2-lace

3-chiffon

congrats bee! Wish I had your curves! Also, I love the first and second on you but I voted for the first/satin! But choose whichever makes you happy!!

It’s a tough choice but I actually love the simplicity of the chiffon gown and its flowiness. It looks light and lovely. The flutter sleeves are divine

The chiffon gown looks amazing on you! It’s the most flattering out of the 3 choices. Absolutely breath taking.

I LOVE the chiffon dress. I am built very similarly to you and I always look for dresses cut similarly to this one. Super flattering!

I prefer the lace dress on you. The chiffon sleeves look pretty dated.

I vote none of them. The first two are not as flattering on you as the chiffon but the chiffon sleeves are not great. I say keep looking. Maybe the same style 8n the chiffon but with different sleeves or no sleves and a shrug etc. BuzzedBumblingBee :

I prefer the chiffon, and part of the reason is the sleeves! I love them, they have such a sweet, romantic feel to them. A few years ago they may have been considered “dated,” but if you look in stores like Kohl’s or Target the fluttery sleeves are back.
I also think the shape is the most flattering in the way it “snugs” in just under the bust.

The chiffon is my favorite – you look lovely in it. I’d love to see a simpler sleeve on the chiffon — like just a single layer of fabric. I wouldn’t give too much thought to the dress being appropriate for the venue; choose the dress you feel most amazing in. 🙂

I personally like all of them but the 3rd one suits both the beach and the reception and also looks GREAT on you! I wish you all the best

Honestly, I think you could do better than all of them, the chiffon is the most flattering, but looks very dated.

The chiffon, though the satin was a close second. The chiffon gives more of a beach vibe and I also LOVE the sleeves.

Since you are doing something beachy, I would go with a chiffon gown since that to me, that seems like a good flowy beachy fabric for a beach wedding.
