Second, as it is about the ring.  The first it’s all about the flower.

I love how the second one takes up the whole frame. Lovely!

I prefer the 1st, the flower is framing the ring but in the second my eye is drawn to the odd crop cutting the flowers petels off

the first is lovely over all but if the aim is to show of the ring then I agree with sillylittlebee that seeing the stone might be better

Why?

I actually like the first one, because I like flowers.

punchberry:  second is a better photo, but I don’t think either are actually really good “ring shots”

btob17:  I agree. I’d like the second better if it was cropped in a tiny bit further

Agree with  ilovesophia….

I don’t really see the point of either shot. The ring gets lost and you can’t really see any of the details. Why don’t you just use the picture you posted above of the three rings? You really don’t need any pictures of your rings on your wedding website, so one should be sufficient; that one shows all three and is much more flattering to your ring.

punchberry:  I vote for the second one, as well, although both are beautiful pictures. I agree with the PP who mentioned wanting to see the stone. I also wanna see that pretty sparkly!

(Congratulations on your engagement, by the way!)

I’m not really a fan of ring shots being posted (but I get why the bride/groom might like them for their own personal collection). So for that reason I prefer the first because the ring isn’t as in yo’ face.
