    I vote chicken marsala and beans. I love any seafood, but chicken is probably a safer/more universal pick.

    @vorpalette:  I chose chicken franchaise (because I’m having it too, it’s yummy) and green beans almandine (no need for rice since you’ve already got potatoes as a starch, and steamed broccoli is so boring.)

    Wedding chicken is almost always really dry, a lot of people are picky and don’t eat pork, and there’s a fair number of people with seafood allergies or who aren’t big fish eaters – I think the beef burgundy is a really safe choice (and a great alternative to the shells entree you chose – they’re both very different!!). I think green beans would go best with the beef.

    I don’t like mushrooms so I would choose the pork or the chicken franchaise.  Definitely go for the green beans or broccoli for the side – need at least one vegetable!

    All sound amazing ! But I am torn between the beef and the seafood.. But honestly, I think as long as you choose different meats, you cant go wrong 🙂

    I think either of the chicken dishes will be the most universal. However, I would switch and pair a veggie with the pasta (the broccoli would be my choice) and the mashed potatoes with the chicken. Mashed potatoes + pasta is WAY too heavy together (sorry). I loved mashed potatoes too, but I think the people who get that will be porked and the people who get chicken and a veggie wouldn’t be full enough, you gotta balance it out a bit.

    Looooove seafood newburg! As for sides, I feel like you’ve got enough carby things with the pasta & potatoes, so I’d say no to rice. I think more people would like green beans than broccoli, though I’d prefer the latter. 🙂
