What are you serving with the fish? That has a lot to do with which I’d want to eat…

Def not snapper.. too many little bones. Salmon would prob be my pick but it is also pretty safe and might have a couple bones depending on what type of salmon/what the cut is/ how it is being prepared and served. IMO Salmon is the tastier of the salmon grouper choice 🙂

Red snapper is on the endangered fish species list, so I wouldn’t eat that., unless it comes from the waters around Hawaii, the only place it is not yet overfished.

Grouper, or lapu-lapu, is said to be next on the list, due to unregulated cyanide and dynamite fishing.

    I pick salmon.

I think salmon is the most universally liked out of those three. But I’m a west coast person so maybe it’s just a regional thing??

I would pick salmon, since it seems to be one of the most liked fish.

I love salmon so that’s my vote. I find the texture and taste are a general crowd pleaser.

I vote salmon: it’s the one fish even picky people enjoy cause it’s not particularly fishy.

Definitely Salmon. To me, it’s the most universally well-liked out of those three.
