I picked #1 because it’s the easiest to read.  Are these going to be giant save the dates?  If they’re any smaller than they are now on my giant screen, I can see reading them being a problem.  Also, could you borrow the letters you need from another scrabble set instead of using the blanks?  I know you’re trying to make it look more real, but not everyone plays scrabble.  I’m sure they can put it together, though.

I’d go for clarity over scrabble legitimacy!

Simplicity is beautiful.  I like the easy to read first one.

As fun as it would be to have it be like a legit game, the first one is way easier to read.

#1 is definitely easiest to read.

I picked #5 because it was the easiest for me to read….but really, none of them are very clear. Would you be able to use photoshop to bring the tones of the colored tiles on the board down a bit? The scrabble tiles need to be larger and stand out more. I think most people would only notice the photo rather than what’s on the board.

The first IS easiest to read, but being a huge scrabble fan myself, as a guest I would be screaming, “but that’s not how it works!”.  Is there any way that you could uncomplicate it by just having the date and the words “Save the Date” and then have your names printed at the bottom of the picture?

I think 1 is the best because the arrangement of the phrases seems logical. In 4, for example, where your names are relative to each other makes it hard to read the message in order.
