I think we’ve got it narrowed down to these three. Rita or Michelle would likely be the middle name since they are very significant family names.

I really like Clara. The other two are just okay to me. I don’t really hate or love them they are just meh.
I think Clara is very pretty and classic.

I think Clara Michelle would be lovely! Clara was one of my faveorite names for my DD, but husband didn”t love it. 🙁

Clara Michelle is wonderful, Valerie Rita (or Valerie Michelle) is very nice, Blake is godawful. It’s ugly, vapid, and bro-ish on a boy, I cannot imagine what would make someone think it was attractive for a girl! Please not Blake.

I love Clara and Valerie, but not with Rita. So if Rita is the middle name, I pick Blake. But Clara Michelle and Valerie Michelle are nice.

Clara would be my first choice, Valerie second, and Blake….uh, well….let’s not mention Blake again. 😉

Thanks for all the feedback! We really want to use Rita as the middle name to honor DH’s grandmother who has been the matriarch and glue of his family, which is why I was more inclined to use Valerie or Blake. I love the name Clara but would use Michelle as the middle name. I’m just concerned with its popularity!

I picked Clara – it’s not very common in my part of the world, and works beautifully with Michelle.

I don’t think any of those names flow well with Rita. I was going to vote Valerie Michelle but if you really want to use the name Rita, why not go with Rita Michelle? Rita is a hard name to use as a middle name, imo.
