I’d go with #1 because of your son. Seems like you should go with better than “mediocre” schools. If I wasn’t factoring for that it’d be #2. That seems like a house you could grow old in. Plus its pretty 🙂

Cheapest house and best school definitely.  But that odd roof section is bugging me!

I voted #1, but mostly due to the schools

I’d definitely go with the great schools and most affordable house!

I would go with the great schools. Makes it much easier to resell, too.

Since it’s very affordable, calculate the amount you saved by choosing it over the others and open a college account for the babe (or add to one you already have).

DEFINITELY house 1. Btw, I am drooling over those costs. You can barely buy a condo for that where I llve.

#1 for sure. 15 min from work…score! Amazing school district…that is highly important and hard to find. Nice and clean curb appeal and no  updates. win-win.

@aliavenue:  I admit, I’m a bit smitten by Windsong!  But, yeah, if you’re going the public school route, that is a HUGE factor.

The galley kitchen made #1 a deal breaker for me. A spacious kitchen is important to me!!

After that, I chose 3 because it was more recently updated, and less money.

Depends…do you see yourself staying in the area for a long time? Like is this a 5 year home, 10 year, 30 year? If you’re planning on staying awhile, I would definitely choose the one in the good school district! Congrats!
