I also voted #3.  It looks super spacious and as others have said, I also hate feeling like I’m super close to neighbors.

i like #3, the style is great, as you said it’s on the lower end of your budget and is still in a great location – close to great schools which is a must when you start a family, and plenty of space. what concerns you about the kitchen? is it too small or would you just need to replace it?

#3 beacause you have to do fixes around the place AND it’s under budget. I actually prefer houses that need a little bit of ‘fixing’ because it makes the house more YOU and I totally grew up constantly doing home improvement projects with my family. Plus it being in a great location is always a +!

Would it be easy to redo the kitchen for #3 the way you’d like it?  I’m personally a fan of #3 the most, but if they kitchen isn’t as functional for you I’d go with #1.

I like #3 because of the larger looking lot and mature trees, but if you haven’t done a walk through it’s hard to say. When we were house hunting there were a lot of houses I loved in pictures and hated in person, and vice versa. The neighbors look really close on #2 which I don’t care for.

Are you thinking of doing a fence for your dog if the house doesn’t have one? We were actually happy we ended up buying a house with a slightly smaller back yard than planned, because it still cost a fortune to fence it in! So a house with one already installed is a plus in my book.

House #3  still close to great schools, very simple updates, beautiful home (more my style) and has more land with it!

#3 looks beautiful! I like houses that have a lot of light inside, and #3 looks to have the most windows.

Agree with the others, #1 or #3.  I don’t care very much for when the garage is the most prominent feature on the front of a house.  But, that is just my personal opinion.

    I love #1!

Great curb appeal, great school district is a big plus for me, and minimal work required.  That is definitely the route I would go!
