Everything is the same except for the choice of entree, correct? Do you have to pick just one or will everyone get to choose their own dish?

I don’t think it is possible to say which is a better deal. It really comes down to whether you want to pay an extra $230.00 for your guests to have pork/steak to choose from versus chicken/pasta (both with salmon).

I would say yes because who wouldn’t want steak? It is up to you.

The second jsut has fancier entrees? I’d probably pick the first, sounds simpler but also delicious.

I really don’t know.  It really depends on your guests.  If you think that one of the dishes on the more expensive menu will please more guests than the cheaper menu, then it might be worth it to spring for the expensive option.  (this is assuming that you can only choose one dish for all guests….)
