    It depends on your dress.

It depends on the overall look of dress, what suits your personality.

Your dress is reminiscent of Grace Kelly’s one right? If so, then my vote goes to the cathedral veil.

You’re wearing the Justin Alexander Grace Kelly-style dress, right?  Grace Kelly wore a drop elbow-length veil, I think.  I think an elbow-length veil would be a lovely, maybe slightly retro look, and a cathedral length veil would be a more dramatic look.  I’m not sure how a fingertip-length veil would look with a ballgown, but I would google some photos to see how it looks on others.

Cathedral veils are so elegant and regal. It does depend on the dress too though.

I’m not sure what your dress looks like, but I really love cathedral length veils with more fitted or less poofy dresses.

Are you still wearing the JA dress?  Grace Kelly wore what appears to be at least a cathedral length veil with an elbow blusher.  While it might look the best, may seem like a pain to drag that around with an already large dress.  An elbow length veil will be the most practical and still look great.
