I’d vote dress! You only get one wedding dress, you will see it in your pictures for the rest of your life, and if you have a little extra money I’d go for the dream dress personally. As a PP said, if you didn’t have a video package I’d vote video. But you already have a video package. You probably don’t need to splurge for a better video package — how often do you think you’ll watch it? Up to you.
As for decor, that’s not quite as important to me. I’d rather have fake flowers and my dream dress than real flowers and more candles and a dress I wasn’t as crazy about.

Decor or possibly dress. I think the decor will have the biggest impact on the guests. You might considered putting that money towards food/drink, too?
I honestly think videography is usually a waste of money. Of the people I know who hired a videographer, most have watched their video maybe once and regretted the expense. (I think there are a few situations where it might make sense..for example, if elderly relatives are unable to travel or leave the nursing home to attend your wedding you might want them to be able to see the video.) In my experience a lot of guests also dislike being at a wedding when there is a videographer. I’ve seen a lot of people spending considerable effort during the reception to avoid the videographer and being captured on camera!

I would save it for the honeymoon but if I had to pick from your options I would split it between dress and decor. I didn’t have a videographer and wouldn’t have wanted to see a video of our day (I think it would ruin my memory of it when I saw myself with bad posture and heard myself etc), i’m more of a photo person in general. I wouldn’t go crazy on decor, but if you want flowers I think spending a little extra could be worth it.

I’d save it for honeymoon/house deposit ,as it sounds like everything you already have is fine. If I had to choose,i’d say dress.

I would go for the one I am least happy with for the wedding. If you are not happy with your wedding dresses, then spend more to get better ones. However, if you are happy with every thing and the money will make them better (athough you are already happy with the way things are) I would either save the money or spend it on the honeymoon.

There are thousands of stunning gorgeous dresses within a very good price range, personally to me spending hundreds on extra detailing that a. no one will notice likely.. b. wont even be caught int he pictures.. not worth it
and decor is last thing as literally apart from entering room thinking it looks pretty not a single guest will remember
