I’m hoping for some ideas about which Jillian video would best suit my goals at the moment (30 Day Shred? Ripped in 30? No More Trouble Zones? Yoga Meltdown?). I don’t really need to lose weight – no more than 5 pounds – but I need some serious toning. My cardiovascular fitness is also at a bare minimum at the moment 🙁 Normally I would do running and combine it with pilates, but it’s just too hot to run here at the moment and I don’t have access to a treadmill.
My wedding isn’t until next June but I really want to start getting into good fitness habits now! Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I own 30 day shred, no more trouble zones, yoga melt down, six week six pack, and banish fat boost metabolism….but I’ve only watched 30DS and 6W6P. *blushes* I’m going to get better, I swear!
I liked the thirty day shred, and it’s easy to do indoors and combines your cardio/strenght/abs in circuits. I’ve heard that when you do it as recommend you get rather toned (as opposed to huge weight loss). I’m also a big fan of buying them on iTunes, then you can always have it with you on your computer or on your iTouch -awesome for traveling!

I really liked The biggest Losers, ” Last chance workout”. It actually toned me up really good, and made me tighter than I had been in years. Its a quick workout everyday, 6 days a week, and I guarantee it works.

I have ‘No More Trouble Zones’ and ‘Banish Fat Boost Metabolism’.
I really like NMTZ. It is a great all around workout and I do it at least once a week. It keeps you moving the whole time and works all parts of your body with cardio and weights. I think this one has helped me tone down a lot in the past few months. I mix it in with other workouts though, because I don’t enjoy doing the same thing every day.
The BFBM is more cardio, in my opinion. I don’t enjoy this one as much, but it is a good workout.

Thanks for your feedback everyone! I opted to buy 30 day shred on Amazon because it was on sale for $7, with a free gift of the instant video as well. I figure I need the cardio, if not the weight loss! I think when I ‘master’ this DVD, I’ll start get NMTZ and start alternating with other forms of exercise 🙂 I might check out the Biggest Loser series then too!
