I started a private practice while working a 30 hour per week job while my practice grows. I am leaving the 30 hour job for safety and other reasons.
I am interviewing for a job soon that offers either 32 hour position or per diem. I am also interviewing for a second per diem job.
I am starting to book clients and getting more referrals for my practice. It was very hard to devote time to my practice with the 30 hour job.
So my question now is do I take the 32 hour job or 2 per diem jobs in order to maintain flexible for booking clients, business meetings, presentations, etc?
I really want to take two per diem jobs and spend more time on my practice but there is a risk of steady income with those vs 32 hours per week.
I am currently not paying rent and staying with family but still have bills to pay.
