The first one is a total WOW dress! The 2nd one looks a little “confused” the bodice and the skirt don’t seem like they would go together. Plus her figure is best highlighted in the 1st dress!

    Best of luck!

Jbridef:   Given the theme, I voted for the first dress.   Did she also look at the Lazaro LZ3350?

Is she open to other designers?  There are quite a few Gatsby style dresses wich seem to me to be even more vintage looking.   I’d say the first dress is more sexy glam than vintage, but its so subjective….

Jbridef:  The second dress is beautiful, but I love the back of the first dress! I’ve not seen anything like it!

<br />I’ve tried on the 2nd dress before, it is beautiful in person, but I don’t think it photographs well!  I adore the first dress, so I voted for #1, but there are lots of other dresses out there that are more “Gatsby’ if that is what she is going for.  Good Luck!

If she’s open to other Lazaro dresses, I’m wearing the 3059 for my reception which is gatsby themed…just a suggestion, it’s a beautiful gown!!

Never thought of Lazaro as rustic lol, but the second one is gorgeous! First one has too much going on for me.

Jbridef:  I was going to buy mine during a trunk show for 10% off, but I ended up buying mine pre-owned.  The 3059 is very difficult to locate, its from 2012 and most shops have to ship it in if you want to try it on.  I would talk to the shop and see if they would allow you the discount after trying on a few more dresses.  When I was going to purchase mine new I told the store I wanted to wait a month for their trunk show to get a discount and they offered it to me early.  never hurts to ask!  The consultant wants to make the sale 🙂

I really dislike satin dresses. they always look pucker-y to me along the seams and this one is no exception. To me that makes it look cheap, and I know Lazaro isn’t cheap!  The second one looks so flowy and dreamy. To me, it looks much more expensive and elegant.
