I believe you get what you pay for. And in this case that includes the professionalism and stress free that comes with the established biz. I would not risk hiring a flakey make up artist just to save $100.

Depends. How comfortable are you with the risk of the cheap option just not showing up or being very tardy on your wedding day? Is any potential anxiety worth it to you in order to save money?

For me, I will gladly pay to reduce my stress level. That’s my personal priority.
