I’m not sure if I’m a fan of any of these. But I just don’t care for men’s rings with diamonds lately.  I do kind of like option #3 more than the other 2 though.

@WestCoast:  Personally I like #3 more because the square diamonds, in my opinion, are much more unique than the round ones.  I think theres a lot of the first ones around  (and i dont like them) and the second one doesnt quite look right with the gap even though i like the ridge

    I prefer option 1.

I like #3 because I don’t love the gap in the diamonds in the 2-diamond band.

I don’t love diamonds for men, but that’s just because my mental image of male wedding bands are smooth and classic (and mental image of women’s are blingy!). My husband was not keen on having something sparkly on his hand, but he had never worn jewelry before and was very wary of getting blingy. So yea, I guess I see them as “girly”, but that doesn’t necessarily reflect on the man wearing them, just that the ring itself looks feminine to me.

That said, I think you should totally go with what y’all like – everyone has preferences and I’m sure not everyone likes my DH’s tungsten plain band ๐Ÿ™‚

To be honest, I would have voted the last option, but if both of you like it, who cares what anyone else thinks! Either way, I think that more than 1 diamond would be too sparkly for a man.

I do think it’s a bit effeminate, but mostly they remind me of my ex’s Russian criminal friends who wore diamond jewelry to display opulence and power. They were not pleasant people to be around, so I’m totally biased.

I voted for three, because I like the sqaure diamonds better. They seem more masculine, and the whole row of them makes the ring look more… I don’t know… symmetrical? I’m not a huge fan of diamonds in men’s rings, and especially the ones with only one diamond. I’m not sure how to describe it, but the one diamond smack dab in the middle of this thick band has just always looked odd to me.
