I am ENFP, but I have relatively slight preferences for each of mine. For example, I am a 1 on the E scale (between 1-30).

I’m in a Leadership class and we’re doing MBTI. It’s been a lot of fun doing all the activities and seeing the differences between the 30s and the 1s within the same group, as well as comparing the opposite preference.

I am an …Entertainer!

i feel like this is more how I was when I was younger and not as much what I am now. But it’s pretty accurate for the most part.

I’m an ENFJ and have been ever since I took this test in high school. Although when I took it last year, I was fairly close to being an INFJ.

I’m an ESFJ. When I began my postgraduate degree a few years ago, we did a one on one session with an academic counselor to talk about study strategies. Not going to lie, it was pretty helpful. Myers Briggs is a nifty little test.

INTP. I find it incredibly accurate. It describes me perfectly. I can be a bit more ENTP sometimes as my I is quite borderline. All my other letters are fairly extreme so I come across quite strongly as an INTP.

My problem with the description of INTPs is that it’s often assumed we are all male and science-orientated, so I had to read more profiles on different websites to really get to the core of what an INTP can be. INTPs can be female and language orientated too. Being a certain personality type doesn’t mean you have to have certain interests. An INTP can be very into ‘superficial’ stuff like fashion, but we just show that interest in a very research-heavy way and with more eccentricity!

The fifth letter is A (assertive) or T (turbulent). I find I vary all the time between A and T depending on when I do the test. Basically Ts are more neurotic, highly strung, perfectionist, and As are calmer, even-tempered and more resistant to stress.

sweetaslemons :  I can’t believe you are an INTP and your SO is ESFJ. That is the same as us! That must be very unusual as apparently INTPs are predominantly male and ESFJs are predominately women. What challenges do you find?

I’m ISFJ-T. I didn’t 100% agree with the assessment…but it was neat to do anyways!

I have a slight obsession with Myers Briggs as you’ll be able to tell by my probable long post. I’m am an ENFP but when I took that test I came out as an INFP but I’m not surprised because I’m not sure how accurate that test would seem to be for everyone. The original MBTI only has two answers to each question and if you are truly stumped on one you can skip it. I think making a range for each question and coming up with a percentage for each function makes it much more confusing.

If someone really wants to know their Myers Briggs types I would recommend really looking at the 8 cognitive functions and deciding where you fall after figuring out if you are truly and introvert or an extrovert. Where do your energies come from? An extrovert would feel rejuvenated after being around people and drained after an afternoon alone doing really deep thinking. An introvert would be the opposite; people drain and thoughts rejuvenate. Keep in mind that you can’t be both and you are one but you can have tendencies of the other. ENFPs are known to some of the most introverted extroverts and I find that true for myself. I can get into the 8 cognitive functions but I’m sure my post would be too long and boring but if anyone’s interested please ask.

I’ve found it to be a great tool to help me understand the ones around me especially people who are close to my life but with completely different cognitive functions.

would actually love to see which type ends up marrying which type here on weddingbee actually!

My Fiance is ISFP (I’m an INFJ). Dated some INFPs but they were too dreamy to really want to set up or plan for a future together.

ENFJ. I have taken the test about 5 times and get it every time. I think it’s safe to say the type is spot on for me. It’s one of the most introverted extroverts which explains why I love nights at home reading and watching movies but I really start to crave going out and meeting new people constantly. My bf is ESTP so we are almost complete opposites 🙂 Haha.

When I’ve been asked to take the test I’ve come out as an ENFP or ENFJ and the P/J score is always like 51/52% to 48/49% or something like that.

I am the Advocate, INFJ-T. It says only about 1% of people are this!! Wow I am flattered. I think it is true, eerily accurate in a couple of things.

I am like Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, Mother Teresa, and Alanis Morrissette!

ISFJ-T and pretty darn accurate! My husband did this with his employees once then did it for me at home, but I can’t remember what I got and if it’s the same or not.
