Today Jim and I went to an antique fair and I found this gorgeous rhinestone necklace.
Then on the way home we stopped at an estate sale and I found this vintage signed Lisner necklace and earring set:
Now I have a delemna… Which one will go better with my dress. I’m wearing a Casablanca 1914 in Ivory.
Here is a close up of the two necklaces:

Beautiful finds! I like the second necklace set better though.

I think either would go, both are beautiful, but I like the first one better.

Wow, those are some great finds! I love that they are really unique and don’t look like all the other “bridal” jewelry. It’s such a toss up, because I think they would both look stunning….I guess since I have to choose, the rhinestone?

What amazing finds!!! I really like the earrings on the 2nd one and think it will go great with your dress but I am not sure about matching it with the necklace. I am not too keen on matchy-matchy jewelery so it just might be me. I think wearing both the earrings and necklace will be a little heavy for the dress.

I like the first one – both are beatiful but I think the contrast will set both off without taking away from either

Thanks everyone! I think they’re both amazing finds too. I knew I didn’t want anything that looked “bridal”. I also knew I wanted something vintage or antique, so I was thrilled when I found the first one. Took a bit to convince Jim to buy it, but he rarely says no to me, so I knew I would be leaving the fair with it. The other one I bought myself, becaue even though he doesn’t usually say no to me, I don’t ever push my luck! haha!
A little more info about the wedding we’re planning. It will be an early afternoon wedding, outdoors in a private garden at the Gastonian in Savannah Georgia.

I like the second one a lot, but I agree with fitzly. The first one is better for your dress.
