I vote for the first one because your dress is a wrapped style, I think it would look gorgeous!!

It seems like it would be a much more major alteration to make it cross (if it would even be possible with your dress) and it really doesn’t change the look that much.  I’d stick to the more simple alteration and just make it dip into a sweetheart.

I like the dip one way better.  With the skirt on your dress, I think the cross would be a little busy.

I say stick with the simple sweetheart. I think the cross might take away too much from the shape of the dress.

Depending on your budget, and what the seamstress is able to do..i would do the cross sweetheart neckline. It will be beautiful either way.

It doesn’t seem like the cross is possible to create on a dress that doesn’t already have it, since it’s all about the draping of the fabric, etc. The ‘dip’ looks just as good!
