    Well my reaction was to go for one of the chickens because I don’t eat pork or beef.  But both chickens has pork in them.  so weird.  So I guess I’d chose one of the chickens if the pork could be removed.

    I’d get the roast beef and just eat the potatoes and veggies.

    I’m not big on meat, especially pork.

    The two chicken options I like the best (and chicken is probably the safest route to go if you are only choosing 1 entree). 

    But in reality they all sound good to me and I would eat all of them…haha!

    I voted for the chicken madeira because I had some madeira that was so delicious once….yummmm.

    I took a stab in the dark and chose the Chicken Maderia, but I must have a horribly plain palate because I didn’t know what 70% of the words meant, lol. But chicken = yummy?

    The roast beef… Although I’m not sure about that wine sauce. I tend to stick with what I know, and I cant say any of that stuff sounds familiar. I would have voted for the chicken maderia, but I have no idea what maderia sauce tastes like.
