We’re doing a tasting on December 20th and we need to decide what we want to try. We will probably do 2 options so I just wanted to get an idea of what the general bee population would prefer. 🙂 Thanks!
*Note* I’m not sure what the sides are on all of them (except the Roast Beef) but they all come with house Italian salad with red wine vinaigrette and bread and butter.

Well my reaction was to go for one of the chickens because I don’t eat pork or beef. But both chickens has pork in them. so weird. So I guess I’d chose one of the chickens if the pork could be removed.

I’d get the roast beef and just eat the potatoes and veggies.
I’m not big on meat, especially pork.

All of them please, I’ll be there at five.

The two chicken options I like the best (and chicken is probably the safest route to go if you are only choosing 1 entree).
But in reality they all sound good to me and I would eat all of them…haha!
I voted for the chicken madeira because I had some madeira that was so delicious once….yummmm.

@Puppy Love: they all sound delicious! good luck making your choices!

I took a stab in the dark and chose the Chicken Maderia, but I must have a horribly plain palate because I didn’t know what 70% of the words meant, lol. But chicken = yummy?

Yum, they all sound fabulous! I voted for the first one, though.

My top two choices are:
ROAST BEEF JARDINIÈRE
& BOURBON GLAZED PORK LOIN
I voted the Roast Beef first, though.

Champagne Chicken!? My two favorite things!!

I eat vegetarian, so none of the above =o(

@Meowkers: I didn’t even realize that! I only know of one person who doesn’t eat pork (he’s muslim) that’s coming to our wedding but he likes beef so I’m sure he would just choose that or I’ll let him know we could get something without pork made.
@kala_way: Good point, we’re from Minnesota so there will be a lot of carnivores there. I was in a friend’s wedding in September in the same area (grew up together so there will be a lot of the same guests) and one of our friends from college who now lives in California was there and nobody could believe there was a vegetarian at the wedding! It was pretty funny, we’re pretty backwoods there. 🙂
@Nona99: Haha, come on over! 🙂
@kes18: I’ve never had madeira, I’m definitely interested in trying that one! And we’ll probably be doing 2 options and putting them on our invites.
@wifeyoneill21: Thanks! I think it’s gonna be tough!
@acciotoni: 🙂 We eat pretty interesting stuff but I definitely haven’t heard of a couple of the things either!

I voted for the porkchops cause you know… my screenname… The beef comes in a close second.

The roast beef… Although I’m not sure about that wine sauce. I tend to stick with what I know, and I cant say any of that stuff sounds familiar. I would have voted for the chicken maderia, but I have no idea what maderia sauce tastes like.

@Nona99: LOL, I was thinking the same thing!
I voted for the beef, but that roasted pork loin sounds amazing!
