I like the first one more than the second one IN THEORY, but I really dislike channel-set diamonds. So I voted for the three-stone.

Ring #1! I’m not a big fan of three stone rings, and I like round better than princess so for me #1 is way better!

I have to go with Ring 1! To me it looks pretty, classic and feminine. =>

@ceec415:  Both are GORgeous, but number 1 is breathtaking.

    Congratulations chica!       🙂

@ceec415:  I picked number 1. Beautiful! I reaaally don’t like 3 stone rings.. Maybe as an anniversary gift? But definitely not as an engagement ring. The first one is already pretty blingy, and it will be much easier to get a band to go with it.

    I voted for #2.

Ring #1 is pretty, and though I like the idea of a solitaire, this particular solitaire is going to be more difficult to keep clean because the diamonds on the band are channel-set, which means dirt and lotion will get down into the cracks and reduce the sparkle.

That three-stone band is going to be blindingly sparkly, even when it’s dirty, because the stones are set in prongs and the light can come in from all sides.

If you find that you really prefer the solitaire look over the three-stone look, I would choose a different solitaire setting than the one shown in pic #1.

Congratulations on your engagement, and good luck!

Ring 2, for the sake of sparkle. I feel Ring 1 wont sparkle or look as big (since Ring 2 will cover more of your finger) as Ring 2. I also thing Ring 2 would look better with a blinged our wedding band (or a plain) I feel Ring 1 has too much going. But this is just my opinion! 🙂
