Would you rather have a full on burger bar at a wedding or a slider bar?
We are serving Lobster Rolls as our other main dish. There will also be basic BBQ items like hotdogs/sausages, chicken wings. Sides are potato salad, mac salad, coleslaw, wise potato chips (onion and garlic and plain) and maybe baked beans.

I’d do sliders, that way you can have many different ones that guest can enjoy instead of filling up on just one choice.

Sliders are easier to eat and you can try more options if you keep the portions small

sliders! for the same reasons as the previous posters.. you can try/have more kinds and they are easier to eat then a regular burger (i tend to be a messy eater hahah)

Sliders, because I’m a messy burger eater if it’s too big.

@WineAndCupcakes: LOL I say that all. the. time!

Definitely sliders! Burgers are too big and, usually, too much food for me. I love sliders because they’re just the right size!

I would say sliders also, for the same reasons that other PPs have mentioned.

Sliders- make great appetizers and people can try more than one type.

@WineAndCupcakes: Crash away! lol
Thanks ladies! Sliders it is! I like the idea of just keeping food casual and straight up good. I wanted the fancy stuff at first (3K at first for cornish game hens! for fifty people!) and then costs and personality conflicts with our original theme came into play. I just can’t justify spending so much money on a meal I could cook at home. So…we’re just bbqing lol.

Sliders give more options to try more than one without looking like a glutton. But I know that some people actually prefer a good fullsize burger anytime instead. What would your guests enjoy more, since they will be partaking of it?
