I personally like and voted for Norland. I like the look and feel of their photos.

I am in the process of booking my photographer too. I keep going around it and have ‘t decided just yet. I voted Norland I really liked their photos. They had a very romantic feel and that’s what you want for your wedding.

Seriously not impressed with either of them – just my honest opinion.  But the first big question is are either of them available on your date, and if so have you met with them?  Personality is key when it comes to choosing a photographer, and you shouldn’t make a decision just from the website alone (although it’s good that you posted them, most of the bees make decisions based solely on what’s in the package).  I’d encourage you to schedule a meeting of some sort with both of them, and see how you feel after talking to them.

Out of the two I picked Norland, because I felt the first one had too many editing styles/filters going on. Definitely talk to them and see which personalities you fit with the best (:

Norland? I think? The other website was harder to navigate and kept feezing for me but of what I saw I think Norland.

Neither are professionals. I can tell just by looking at a few of their photos. If you’re tempted to switch photogrpahrs, pick neither of them and find a true pro. Sorry but both have pretty bad photos on their sites. The idea is to put your best photos on your portfolio, and I’d be concerned if these were the ‘best’. Sorry, just my opinion as a photographer myself.

When i saw other photographers comment, I assumed they were just being highly critical. But i actually agree with them. The photos look overexposed (is that the correct term?) and many of the pics are blurry or out of focus. This is just my personal opinion of their work on the website. Your friend’s photo may be better but unless their cheap and you’re on a budget, I’d keep looking. Good luck!

Yah, I’m sorry…I have to agree with other PP’s and say I don’t really like either.

But if I had to choose I would choose Norland.  Peace, Love’s editing style is really not easy on the eyes.

I’m sorry to say they are both pretty mediocre. Neither has much sense of composition or moment and both are throwing a lot of photoshop at what I’d suspect is many problems with exposure and focus. A big part of my business is giving on one on one portfolio critiques and workshops to photographers. I’d not rank either of these very highly. Sorry.

@countrylove914:  Id keep looking. Check outer areas, 2-3 hours away from you. Also did deeper into the search engine. Some great photographers get lost on page 8..

What is your budget?  I found some lower-end photographers budget-wise in your area.  I of course found some really great photographers in the 3k+ range as well, but wasn’t sure that’s what you were looking for.

Anyways, here are a couple budget friendly:
