I like the second option. For many people photography is one the few things they splurge on. Pictures are your memories of the day and I rightly so. If you want a better quality photographs I think Kruith is your best bet. Yes, it is more expensive, but I think having bad photos or going with a cheaper photographer is often the biggest regret of a bride.

I actually love the faded look, but not everyone does.

I actually don’t think the Option 1 photos were bad. That’s probably because I prefer wedding photos to be as close to reality as possible, but still pretty. Option 2 is crisp and clear, but I don’t feel like I’m seeing an honest representation of the day. It’s a style of photography that I’m not too find of. That’s neither here nor there, though…

You’re seeing flaws in the Option 1 photos, and you aren’t ok with that. The price may be much better, but if you don’t think you’ll be happy with the final product, it’s probably best to go with Option 2. Option 2 may cost more, but you’re going to have these photos for a long time; if it’s possible for you to stretch the budget to hire a vendor that will give you what you truly want, that’s what you should do.

I vote for Option 2.

The first one is awful, definitely go with the second.

If you can splurge on the second, I would if I were you 🙂

Two is slightly better, but I wouldn’t go with either (sorry).  They both seem like amateurs with a ‘fancy camera’.   I’d keep looking….
