I think Drew Bird fits my personal style better. But they both look great!

What’s the differnce in pricing / packages?

Are you able to meet with them both? Maybe if you meet them one will stand out as being better. You want to be comfortable with your photographer.

I gravitate more toward Vero Suh, but if you like both, chat with them on the phone to get a sense of their personality!

Contact each one and ask them to see a complete wedding(not the blog photos, ask to see like an entire collection that they’ve sent to a prior client.)

Whoever you are more content with as far as overall quality goes, pick that photographer.

I like them both, but I love good candid shots so I’d probably lean more towards Drew Bird personally. I think either would be a great choice, though!!

At first glances, Vero Suh. But I second the PP who said to have them show you an entire wedding, because they definitely picked the best ones to show on their blog, and it’s better to see the whole thing than just a few shots.

elaine.panql:  My vote is for Vero Suh. While they’re both talented, her work is stunning. As a wedding photographer myself, my personal thought on wedding photography is “timeless trumps trendy”. When I say that I don’t DO NOT mean “traditional” or “chessy” pintrest photos – but images that are classic, beautiful, and cleanly edited. Images that you will look back on in 20, 30, 50 years and they will still be beautiful.

Personally I like them both. I like that Drew Bird does custom packages to suit your needs and that he said most are between 2800-4000. It scares me a little that Vero Suh’s packages START at 5000.

I prefer Drew Bird and I see that he’s actually cheaper than Vero Suh. I liked how it seemed Drew Bird had more photos on his site and they all seemed gorgeous.

Vero suh. Did you get any quotes, curious about the range?

starfish0116:  I completely agree with you! I think the Vero Suh photography is gorgeous and will really stand the test of time. I appreciate creativity, but at the end of the day I want a beautiful portrait of myself and my husband on our wedding day that I’ll hang on the wall forever.
