Hmm I wore a fake solitaire with pave band when I was deciding if that was what I wanted and it got SO annoying. But now my real ring does have diamonds on the band and I don’t even feel it. It’s comfortable and doesn’t feel rough. But maybe my band isn’t true pave now. I’m not exactly sure. It’s in between pave and channel I guess

I got an eternity band and found it soooo uncomfortable once I got married and had it on all the time. It was too high profile and dug into my fingers. Also, I could feel the prongs. I didn’t like having stones underneath my hand, etc. I am exchanging it for a way more delicate ring with 7 stones instead. It’s different with a halo, which I like 😉 It also brings out the plain shank on my e-ring. Love it!!!

@des1982:  my setting for my ering is a bit thicker and the diamonds on it doesn’t go all the way around so it’s comfortable. Like it stops just at the right spot on my fingers and it looks like the diamonds go all the way around 🙂
