I like the right option. That way you know who the guest is and what the guest wants. With the left one, you don’t know who chose what option.

Also, what font did you use for Kindly Respond? Thank you

I love them! I voted for the right one for the same reason as other people – you can tell who is eating what. Also, they’re easy for your guests to figure out.

Also, and this might be picky, but I know you want them to be perfect … if you say “accepts” you should also say “declines” instead of “decline”

I like the right one, it’s easier to fill out.

I voted for the right hand one.

I had the check boxes on my invite too.  Made things very easy.

I chose the left one because the right one limits you to two guests per card.  How would you fill that out for a family?

I like the one on the left. The boxes ont he right confuse me. But i seem to be in the minority here. I guess that’s why you’re having a hard time deciding….

Now that I’m looking again, I agree with @Magilnyc about the boxes being slightly confusing. Maybe if you moved the Declies box a little more to the right, that would separate that box from the dinner choices and it would be less confusing ….

I agree that it should be “Declines.”

    Otherwise, very pretty!

I like the overall visula of the one on the left. It all comes together and looks like part of a gorgeous wedding invitation set. The boxes in the one on the right are slightly confusing, but they also remind me of a gvernment form, I don’t really like the feel.

I’m in the miniority as well, I like the look of the one on the left, but the simplicity of the one on the right.
