I think the second picture is beautiful… the celebration cut princess diamond is stunning and the amethyst color is subtle. :]

The first set it pretty, but the second set is so classic yet unique and just perfect!! The added pop up suttle purple is just drool worthy…Idk why but the blue in the first ring just…its to much and I love saphires…I think its just kinda muddy looking compared to the crisp cleaness of second set.

I don’t like the 1st set at all.  I’m not a fan of one band looking like multiple bands, I think it’s poorly made and too chunky.  And 6 prongs is a lot for a .73 stone, way too much metal for my taste.  I’m curious what this poll is all about!  Explanation please ๐Ÿ™‚

My honest opinion is that I would take set #2 but with sapphires instead of amethysts so I voted “Other.” ๐Ÿ™‚  Both sets are beautiful, though!

I chose the second. The first is too bulky for my tastes. I also am a big fan of purple. Overall the chunky first ring is a little much for me. I like the smaller ones together better.

@JessMorgan777:  Definitely more gold/size/$$ does necessarily not a more beautiful ring make! I think both ring sets are quite attractive, but yes, the first setting is a bit heavy (and I just noticed it’s all one ring, I thought it was 3 seperable rings, like your new set, which I much prefer), and the second is more original and memorable, and of course much more meaningful. I love the delicacy of the bands, the amethysts, and the kite setting goes so well with the shape of the amethyst band beside it.

PS. Just asked my Fiance who immediately noticed that the first ring was one ring and not 3 and he HUGELY prefers your new set, and he doesn’t even know the backstory ๐Ÿ™‚

@JessMorgan777:  Great 2nd ring, great 2nd husband, lol!!  I actually do prefer a round over a princess, but your set is one of my faves!  I think the kite set is what does it for me.  Good choice on changing that ๐Ÿ™‚

I love your wedding set – it is so unique!  The turned center stone and amethysts are so eye-catching and elegant.
