I agree that WG would help your sapphire to pop. I also like the idea of switching your corner stones to larger. What a great twist on the halo, you know?

seejanebee:  I know this isn’t one of the options on your poll bur here’s what I would do. I would probably go with the oval halo, and have the halo itself made in rose gold and the shank in white gold, maybe even have the undergallery made in rose gold too. Then I’d pair it with a rose gold wedding band πŸ™‚

MrsSparkleBee13:  Yes!!! This would be my choice 😊 I have a mixed metal Oval Halo. It so unique and I can’t tell you how many people stop to ask about it. Sometimes I wonder if I should have also made the Halo rose gold as you suggest!

seejanebee:  what a beautiful stone! Personally I would go with the oval halo, such a classic look IMO, but I may be biased 😜. BUT I never thought or have seen a cushion halo with an oval stone, such a unique idea. Can’t go wrong either way.

seejanebee:  you know if you like the Rose gold but want the white to make the pink pop you could always make the ban rose gold and the halo white! just a thought 😊

I voted oval halo white gold. Even though that cad of the cushion with those larger stones made me faint, to avoid any possibility of this same problem happening again-go with the oval. Or you could go with a oval halo with larger  stones!!! I love that look! So much extra sparkle!!!! It’s going to be killer either way!!

I voted for oval halo in rose gold. I think it would look so vintage and romantic.

If you decided to go for the cushion halo, then my vote would be white gold for that one.

Both of the CADs are gorgeous! You really and truly can’t go wrong either way. Sometimes, that makes the choice harder, though — ha, ha!

I’m torn between the cushion halo and the oval halo, so no help there lol. But I would stay with the white gold, because I think it makes your stone pop. And since your stone is a more cool shade of pink I think it might compete with the pinky warmth of rose gold.

seejanebee:  I would pick oval halo, white gold from your choices.  But mixed metal would be great.  Rose gold band on a white gold halo would really make that stone pop.

I think the oval setting would look stunning, I voted WG, but the rose gold would look good too, so that was the hard part of the poll, I think either WG or RG would look good, but in my opinion definitely the oval setting.
