I would go with gold.  The Bridesmaid or Best Man can most likely wear those again.

I agree. Gold or champagne shoes would go very well and are easy to find and re-use.

I’d go with grey since they can also be re-used…I never wear gold myself, so I think that makes me less inclined to choose it for others.  Either would work!

My vote’s for gold too. You can’t really go wrong with metallic. As a six-time bridesmaid, I have a little experience in this area 🙂

Gold!  I think it will look really pretty and not too matchy, and they can definitely wear them again!  My girls all wore matching dresses but their own choice of champagne/nude shoes and I loved it!  Maybe since they are wearing different dresses you could have them all do the same shoe?

I just want to add, I don’t think black would really go with the rest of your inspiration board.  IMO, it seems like you would want something a little softer, a little more fall-ish.

Definitely something neutral like gold or gray. I think gray may look better w/ your color inspiration board.

I said black.  Their shoes aren’t going to be central to your day, they’ll look fine in photos, they are HIGHLY unlikely to be able to wear orange with anything else, and black can be re-worn by essentially anyone.  I’ve worn my three pairs of wedding shoes once (silver, pink, and white).  I can wear black shoes to going away parties, church, weddings, funerals, dates…

I would prefer black. It goes well with eggplant, and your ladies probably already have black shoes in their closets.  Personally, I would never wear a gold or orange shoe again. I might wear gray again, so that’s an option too, but if you want to save them money and make them happy, go with black!

What color are the mens suits? I ask this because we’re tying in our guys suits as a color. We’re doing dark jewel toned reds, burgundies, and purples. Because the guys are wearing grey suits we added grey/silver as a color. The girls will be wearing dark red/burgundy dresses with grey/silver accessories and shoes and their bouquets will tie in the rest of the colors.

If your men are wearing black suits then I think black shoes will look nice in the grand scheme of things (ie: walking down the aisle in pairs, photos). My second choice would be the burnt orange. They look great, but I’m not sure how often they could be worn agan.

One of each would look like the leaves and help keep your girls from looking like the ranks in uniform.

I’d go with black and don’t make them have to match…then they can be comfortable. No one looks at the shoes/feet anyway and it saves them money. You could run it by them and see what they all think/how they feel, but again shoes, who really cares. If you want orange then you should tell them you are buying them the shoes.
